The course provides for all in-person participants: 1. Workshops organised by Descoverartists. 2. Tickets to all sites and excursions visited as part of the course and organised by Descoverartists. 3. Accommodation and travel for an excursion organised by Descoverartists during the course. 4. Study materials necessary for the course. 5. Networking The course provides for all online participants: 1. Workshops, seminars and talks organised by Descoverartists. 2. Study materials necessary for the course. 3. Networking. Minimum number of participants: The course runs only if a minimum number of participants is reached. If that is not met, Descoverartists will inform all confirmed participants and issue a full refund for the course fee. Transportation to and from Athens: The course does not provide transportation to and from Athens; interested students are responsible for arranging this themselves. Access to technology: Students should bring their equipment and/or materials (laptops, etc.); however, don't hesitate to contact us regarding the materials and/or equipment you will need to see if we can assist in any way. We recommend that students check in advance concerning what materials will be available and what they will need to bring. Living expenses: The cost of living and accommodation is not included in the fee. Course Changes: Wherever possible, you will be advised in advance of any alterations to the course once booked. However, we reserve the right to cancel the course in any circumstances and will offer a full refund of the fee paid until then. Cancellations and refunds: The deposit to secure a spot (15% of the course fee) is not refundable. Any amount of the remaining fee the artist has submitted will be refunded at 100% (minus the bank fees at 5%) if they cancel (DD/MM/YYYY) by 01/08/2025. The remainder fee has to be paid by 01/08/2025 unless stated otherwise in a formal agreement provided by Descoverartists. Artists who do not cancel before 01/08/2025 and do not submit the remainder of the fee by 01/08/2025 forfeit their deposits and spot in the course. Terms and conditions changes: We reserve the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to be familiar with them before booking with us. The latest terms and conditions can always be found above and will supersede any previous versions.
