I love your style of having a frame work (a structure) in the day but there was a feeling of immerse freedom and respect for every person's individual needs. loved the pace in which you took us into the magical secrets of Hydra, how in the beginning it was more structured and gave a sense of security as we spent more time together and got to know each other in the group. And the second half was more free and I had the chance to dive into my work and it was wonderful. I feel you love what you do and your management is really admirable. You will achieve all your dreams I am sure. It's so exciting how you see things from above from a bird's view! I also felt you helped me with all technical things so well... a year and a half of emailing!! wow! crazy: but everything happened at it's time and I guess I was supposed to come this year.
